1. Who we are
Voxpla is a platform for real-time audience interaction (Q&A, polls, quizzes, word clouds) operated by the operator named at the end of these terms.
These terms apply to organizers who create an account (tenants). Participants use Voxpla without an account; the organizer of an event is responsible for informing them.
2. Account and plans
An account is created by signing in with a magic link sent by e-mail or with Google. The free plan is permanent and needs no payment details.
Paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and exclude VAT.
3. Cancellation and downgrades
A subscription can be cancelled at any time in the customer portal. It remains active until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to the free plan.
If a payment fails, the account keeps full functionality for 7 days. After that the limits of the free plan apply. Data is never deleted because of non-payment.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Voxpla for illegal content, harassment or spam.
- Do not try to access events or data of other organizers.
- Do not overload the service on purpose or circumvent the plan limits.
- You are responsible for the content you and your participants publish in your events.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability and announce planned maintenance in advance. The current status is available on the status page. No service level agreement applies unless agreed in an Enterprise contract.
6. Data protection
For personal data of participants the organizer is the controller and Voxpla the processor. Details are in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.
8. Changes and governing law
We inform account owners about material changes of these terms by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
